“I am Jan Hall and I would like to introduce you to the JCA Group.

We are ten Partners, all of whom you will meet on the following pages. We also have a fabulous team of totally dedicated Researchers, Analysts and Assistants. We all share the same passion for the company and together have enormous experience in the market. We are, I am proud to say, a very tight knit team who run the business together in a very collegiate way – and really importantly we are all here because we enjoy working together and are committed to having an absolute focus on our clients and candidates.

Whilst much of our work is for the Boards and Executives Groups of major global companies, we know that tomorrow’s talent is our life blood and we strive to ensure JCA knows where the next generation is coming from, and who’s on the up. We find it both fascinating and rewarding to track individual’s success, keeping abreast of their ambitions and watching them develop.
