Coaching
Coaching is about long term behavioural change. It takes place over a longer time-scale than other forms of development. The process of regularly meeting with a coach reinforces the learning and holds the coachee accountable for making changes. JCA Group’s coaching is about working with high performers to help them achieve even greater levels of performance.
The people at the top of an organisation, can, and do, benefit from having someone to discuss the issues with, rehearse the arguments, and play the game of consequences. The objectivity and experience of a coach can provide the wherewithal to allow options to be explored in a totally confidential and supportive environment.
We have identified a number of areas where executive coaching can be
of help:
The 'Lonely Top'

- All organisations have within them competition for resources, acceptance of ideas, influence and promotion.

The High Flyer (Transition into new, bigger and more challenging roles)
- The client could have all the competencies and potential to succeed, but is unlikely to have all the experience. A coach can help provide it.
Remedial
- On the whole, people get hired for competencies and fired for behaviours.
