“I joined JCA in March 2006 to lead our executive coaching business, having spent the last 15 years as a senior executive coach and having built and led The Change Partnership, a world class executive coaching consultancy which is now known as Praesta. Earlier in my career I spent 20 years as an Accountant with KPMG, the last 7 as a Partner, and I then ran Société Générale's investment banking operations in London. I was also an Executive Director of the London Stock Exchange.

I joined JCA to help create a Board Consulting firm for large organisations specialising in Search, Executive Coaching and Board Evaluation work. I am particularly pleased with the wide range of work we have undertaken for blue chip companies, with individuals from Chief Executives to Cabinet Ministers. I also feel that we have a very talented and hard-working team.

I am a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a Member of the Securities Institute.”
