“I joined JCA in November 2005 shortly after it was established. After 13 years with Heidrick & Struggles, working in their London and Hong Kong offices, I came here to work with a great group of people and to be part of an exciting organisation in its infancy. The opportunity to work at the most senior level and to do so in a team oriented environment was very compelling and has absolutely lived up to its expectation.

One of the things I appreciate and which I think makes a real difference to the service we give to our clients is the fact what we don’t work in silos. It’s a genuine team environment where any one of us can bring our experience and knowledge to bear on any or all of the projects JCA is working on.

Born in Scotland and brought up in England, I’m a graduate of Loughborough University, with a degree in Business Studies & French.”
