Prior to JCA, I spent eight years at Spencer Stuart. I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Industrial Economics and went straight into headhunting with a smaller business, Tyzack & Partners. I am also a qualified Executive Coach with the Tavistock Consultancy.”
