I joined JCA in late 2006 having spent four years with Spencer Stuart. Previously I was a Strategy Consultant, with The Boston Consulting Group for 5 years. My early career was spent at Sainsbury and HJ Heinz and I think my time as a client and then a consultant has helped me enormously now in making me entirely client focused.

I graduated from Northumbria University where I gained a first class honours degree in Business Studies. I qualified as an Executive Coach with the Tavistock Consultancy.”
